Cat woman

In Oostende (on the coast of Belgium) we have a vacation home. Two houses further there lives a old woman who has a couple of pets: 2 dogs, 1 African Grey parrot, and 49 cats. The dogs are named Jolie and Leander. Jolie is the sister and boss of Leander, although Leander is sweeter. The parrot likes man dislikes women and hates childeren, so naturally we didn't get along.

Most of the cats were rescued of the streets or in the forrest but a couple were found in the graveyard and one was even rescued out of a banana box.

There's Deserie the kitchen cat. She always sits on the kitchen counter meowing for coffie milk. And Chiquita the banana box cat who has the most humongus eyes.

Me and one of my best friends Ilona (check out her blog at (http://foilsandfeuilleton.blogspot.com/ )made up nicknames for some of the cats, like for a cat that always sat on the top bookshelf. We called him reader. The small cute tabby kitten we called jagaur because he liked "hunting" the string we dangled above his head. Garfield was a fat orange cat of 15 years old and Tux was a shy tuxedo cat who liked watching us play with Jagaur. Jade and Aqua were named after there eyes and lucky because of his bad luck superstition.
